How I work
Every creative project, big or small, begins with the client’s likes and dislikes and a vision of how they want and need to use their space. From there, I move to create a mood board – always in close collaboration - to ground the project and its colour scheme. This provides a hugely useful reference point that can be turned to in years to come, and whenever buying something new, to ensure the space continues to feel cohesive. The mood board informs further material boards and layout planning for different rooms or the entire house. Analogue and digital drawings of the spatial planning and elevations can be created to enable the clients to visualise the space before committing to a specific scheme.
The first consultation
The first consultation is free of charge. Following that, I offer a range of packages depending on how much or how little the client needs. This can vary from a simple colour consultation to full coordination of the project. This may include hiring of builders, decorators and joiners, as well as monitoring of the budget and quality of work.
A model contract with different options and prices can be sent in advance to the client. For an example click here.
I also provide styling and location scouting services.
